·         Spectrophotometry: Skilled in drawing standard curves and calculating encapsulation efficiency and drug release profiles.
·         Cell Culture Techniques: Proficient in 2D and 3D (spheroid) cell cultures, including cell treatment and MTT toxicity assays.
·         Cell Fixation and Staining: Experienced in Annexin V/PI staining for quantitative apoptosis and necrosis assessment, and DAPI staining for qualitative apoptosis evaluation.
·         Laboratory Animal Handling: Competent in performing surgeries, injections, and necropsies on laboratory animals.
